The staff at the front desk is extremely rude and simply disrespectful. I showed up for my appointment today and was informed that I never had one. Although after my last teeth cleaning I made this appointment before I left like I have for the past 5 years! The interaction today was embarrassing not for me but for them. This lady could be my grandmother and acts like a school girl trying to get attention. Grow up!

This clinic is AWESOME!! I have been terrified of dental procedures ALL MY LIFE!! Dr. Barto was so kind and patient with me. Had root canal done and cleaning that went super smoothly AND pain-free!! I'm so glad they were there for me...my whole perspective has changed with regards to going to the dentist! Thank you also to Myra and Jessica, you both are totally sweet and very professional as well. 8)

Incompetent staff scheduled me for the wrong day and when I showed up on the day I scheduled they told me they dropped me as a patient because I missed the appointment. I wouldn’t trust someone with my teeth that can’t read a calendar. I also had to correct the girl over 5 times that my filling was on the left side of my mouth, and she kept telling the doctor it was on the right. Don’t waste your time with them, there are plenty of good dentists in town that can read.

I got my new partial dentures here 6 weeks ago. Dr. Barto was fantastic. He was professional and compassionate, well-educated and highly skilled. My partials fit great and look natural. It's nice to be able to smile again and eat what I want. Thank you, Dr. Barto.

The doctor took impressions of my mouth yesterday for both upper and lower partials. He used those old-fashioned metal trays with goop on them. When took the top mold, it did not hurt my mouth at all. However, when he took the bottom mold, he pressed down hard on the metal tray, and it hurt my gums badly on the right side of my mouth toward the front. As he was pressing down, it felt like my lower gums were being jabbed with a sharp knife. I was moaning badly, and he still kept pressing down hard. He might have used a tray too small for my lower jaw. They do not use the more modern and pain free method of taking digital impressions with a scanner (mouth camera) so don't ever have dental impressions done here. I called the woman at this office this morning and she acted stupid when I tried
