The staff works hard as a team communicating to stay on time. Make sure you understand what us happening every step of the way. They were kind and understanding when I needed to reschedule. There is a calm atmosphere to help you relax more. The treatment plans are gone over thoroughly before scheduling. I also am able to get in gor appointments in a reasonable time frame. I drive 25 minutes to go here but it is worth it.

I’ll be the first to admit—I hate going to the dentist. But this place completely changes that! Everyone here is super nice and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. A special shoutout to Jenna, the hygienist—she’s so personable, gentle, and easy on the mouth. She turns what’s usually a stressful experience into something surprisingly pleasant. Highly recommend this office!

This day of December 22nd, 2025, I had my first appointment with Southpointe. I was nervous like most people going to the dentist. I had seen an advertisement on TV last week, so I called and spoke to Murphy, who made the appt for me, confirming they take Medicaid and also offer Nitris for a very small fee. I arrived today, Takai took x-rays, Carrie the hygienist examined my mouth, and I met Dr. Branon Johnson. The Dr. and I got to know each other a bit and I find he genuinely cares about his patients. I feel comfortable and not nervous any longer. As soon as my insurance approves the 2 simple procedures going forward, I'll gladly step back into the office and trust the team to take care of my oral health, which is associated with mental and physical health as well. My first experience with Dr.David Johnson and he was very pleasant and explained in detail my procedure. Very patient and thorough and made everything comfortable and managed my pain level. My previous dentist which I had seen for many years retired and could not get in with that office or any other dentist for about a month, which I could not wait that long. Dr. Johnson got me in the next day and did the procedure that day as well. I am very, very pleased how kind and patient the doctor and his entire staff were. I have found my forever new dentist.
