Edit to add: NOT the southhold office, it's Riverhead staff that is amazing. Jamie, southold rexeptionists are SUPER rude, cut you off and have zero professionalism. Literally told me the doctor I just saw today just rents space and isn't there and she can't help me. Ok, never had an issue before but I will completely avoid the southold location. First off, I am ALWAYS highly recommending Dr. Pachter. He is a super attentive, honest, and open professional who I've had the pleasure of seeing for 6 plus years now. He listens, is open to suggestions and different medication options and always addresses my questions and concerns. He is respectful and easy to talk to- qualities that aren't easy to come across these days. Trust me, I can be super hard headed and opinionated- Pachter always tell

Don’t listen to the negative review. I’m honestly shocked that this page isn’t flooded with raving reviews from Dr. Pachter’s patients. I’ve been with him on and off for years and no one measures up. He listens and really cares about what’s going on in my life. I often joke that I get a “2 for 1” with him because of his excellent bedside manner. I feel very at home here with the staff and look forward to my visits. If anyone does have anything negative to say, it’s usually because they were hoping he would look the other way and push pills. He doesn’t. He will properly prescribe what you need and make sure you are comfortable, happy and safe on it. I can’t say enough great things about my experiences and I’m saddened that I’m moving away. :(

Absolutely poor experience. After taking the time to change dr pachter to my pcp, (which I was told I was required to do in order to see this doctor), after filling out the tedious paperwork online, and after having confirmed my appointment, I enter the doctor's office to be told by the receptionists that the doctor cannot see me. They did call me an hour before the appointment, I missed the call obviously, but I hardly think an hours notice after confirmation of appointment was sufficient notice. Hardly professional

Wonderful hard working people here. They took care of everything. They are always very polite and very good at their jobs. I couldn't ask for a better place to go to. Thank you for everything. :)
