I can honestly say it was one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the front desk team was warm, welcoming, and incredibly organized. They made check-in quick and stress-free. The back office staff were just as impressive. The hygienist Whitney was gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain everything she was doing. She checked in frequently to make sure I was comfortable, which I truly appreciated. Dr. Hall was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely patient. Billy explained the next steps at my last appointment. He walked me through my treatment options in a way that was easy to understand and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Dr. Hall and the entire staff at Southlake Dental are incredible. My husband broke his 2 front teeth around 9:30. They fit him in, worked through their lunch and had him fixed up with temps by 3! The care, effort and time they gave him proves what a professional patient oriented practice they are. Thank you!!
