Southgate Dental Care

Like many of us, I have a mild phobia when it comes to dental care. Also, like many others, I have had to prioritize expenses, with dental care often falling to the bottom of the list until issues couldn't be ignored. I bounced around to a few places before finding this oasis that prioritizes individual care and patient comfort. Not only do they provide excellent care, they do so without ever making the patient feel like they are on an assembly line. From front desk to all specialties, the staff is warm, friendly, professional and excellent at making tou feel comfortable.

I come in to get my teeth fixed. And these people get me scheduled in and i have issues with my insurance and instead of helping me get it squared away they tell me I have a history of being not the nicest person supposedly. And turn me away. I had been coming here along with my family for over 20 years. I will be next turning to the better business bureau about this as well. This place doesn't have the same care it used to. All about a paycheck and going home.

Today was my daughters first and last visit. Highly recommend anyone seeking dental services to please do your research in reviewing these reviews. I can honestly see why some experiences have been pleasant and some have been not so pleasant. Considering this was our first I am in aww in the rude attitude of the dental assistant during todays visit.

Dr. Huang is the best. Listens, gentle, helpful and friendly. Same as hygienist Jaron. Office staff is always pleasant and helpful. My family has been coming here for almost 20 years, even when I had to drive an hour to get here. When my daughter needed braces, she needed several baby teeth extracted, Dr. Huang was great! At first I was nervous about not going back with her but she did great and wasn't upset at all. They explained most kids get upset when their parents do and they're so right. She's 25 now and still comes to this office. I never have an issue with appointments or referrals. Cannot recommend enough.
