Southern Urgent Care

I have always trusted my care at Southern Urgent Care...until yesterday. I was prescribed a medication I had clearly stated to which I was allergic. Furthermore, the allergy is recorded in my records there. Had it not been for my pharmacist at Walmart catching this error, I would have been very ill. I will not be returning.

Doctor video chatted my wife from his bed? No one in the office answers the phone. Barely looked at my wife when she went in.didnt bother looking into her wheezing. Lady very obviously annoyed when my wife walked in. Will not recommend or go there ever again. All that for an 85 dollar copay...

Was exposed to someone with RSV, I’m immunocompromised, and Been sick since literally Friday, I work in a clinic with children, I asked specifically for them to TEST me for everything bc I cannot be at work with COVID or flu or RSV, and not only did they not test me but treated me like I was an idiot for even asking. Then they gave me a work excuse for only today when I have literally been sick since Friday. Paid $50 for shitty care and service. Spent a longer time in the waiting room than being seen by their PA. Last time I waste money and time there

Jason, Jeff and team have taken great care of me and my family for over 2 years. From simple cold symptoms to stitches to concussions, we trust them to provide the most expedient and best care. I always wished they offered primary care beyond urgent care, and now they offer that option too. Thank you, Southern Urgent Care team!

Absolutely top notch! The best. Treated son as if he was in an ER. Monitored him and gave him fluids.One on one care- great bedside manners.My sonnet go anywhere else and now he is a healthcare worker. I’m Mom a retired RN, and I know what excellent care they gave! Never will forget it!
