Southern Sole Massage

Over the past few years I have been dealing with increasing severe pain in my back, hips, and pelvis leading to decreased mobility and trouble simply sitting or walking. Sarah has been knowledgeable, strong, helpful, and makes you comfortable right away. I better understood the source of my issues, established a plan for recovery, and have already found relief. Sarah is the only barefoot massage therapist in Gainesville. I had never heard of barefoot massage before Sarah. That being said I can’t recommend seeing her enough! Whether you have an injury you are healing through, a frequent gym goer, or just want to treat your muscles to see Sarah ! Can’t recommend her enough. I finally have light at the end of my tunnel for feeling better! She is 10/10 at what she does !

Never had a massage before, but I have been having issues with my left hip/groin, due to a strain. Sarah mentioned it possibly being a result of a tight IT band impacting the psoas muscle. She work on both legs focusing on the IT band through massage and cupping. She also recommended using a foam roller at home. She was right!!! Felt better after my session with her, and began using the foam roller a couple days later, per Sarah's recommendation. A week and a half later, the pain is dull at best and almost nonexistent. Highly recommend seeing her!!

Sarah is awesome!! From the aroma in her room to her warm heated bed. You can’t even tell when she is using her feet (in a good way!) She is very talented and knowledgeable. I can’t wait for my next visit!

Sarah is working to help me through some knee pain due to IT band tightness. I have never had a more thorough massage!! She is an amazing therapist, and you will not be disappointed!
