We had an amazing experience at Southern Smiles in Cary. I brought my son here, and from the moment we walked in, the entire staff was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. They really know how to work with kids and make them feel comfortable and safe. The office is clean, well organized, and very kid-friendly. The team took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my son felt relaxed the whole time. You can truly tell they care about their patients and families. I highly recommend Southern Smiles to any parent looking for a great dental clinic for their children. We’re very happy we found this place and will definitely keep coming back! Dr. Nar and Natalie are the BEST!

Both of my kids come to Southern Smiles, and we are extremely happy with everything about this place. The office is modern, clean, and uses very advanced technology, which makes every visit smooth and comfortable for the kids. The staff is incredibly friendly, patient, and professional — you can truly feel how much they care. Booking appointments is super easy, and their app/online system is very convenient to use. I have been taking my two children to Southern Smiles Pediatric Dentistry (Dr. Narineh Panoosian-Hajiabadi, DMD) for a long time. The clinic is very clean, and the staff are wonderful. The doctor and her team always send the children home happy. As a family, we are very pleased with both the doctors and the clinic. 🥰👍

My 6 year old son was recommended for extensive dental work (multiple cavities and more) from a previous dentist, and he was very anxious at the dentist. We went to multiple other offices to find a dentist willing to listen to our concerns and work with him. Some recommended general anesthesia, which we were not comfortable with. Finally we found Dr Nar and Southern Smiles and they treated my son so well, made him feel confortable, never got annoyed with him for being a nervous little boy, and were able to get all needed dental work done over a few appointments. We are truly so thankful for southern smiles and recommend them!

We’ve been going to Southern Smiles since before it was Southern Smiles 😊 Dr. Dan left behind a great family of staff and Dr. Nar is filling his shoes beautifully. My 2 kids love going to the dentist (imagine that!!). I thought after having 4 teeth taken out, my 6 year old would never want to come back but at the last cleaning (she’s now 8), she declared she wanted to go before her brother. I appreciated that Dr. Nar talks to our kids with respect by being real with them about the treatment plan. The staff treat our kids like one of their own: gentle and caring. We love every single hygienist who took care of them and I hope you keep up the great work environment to retain those wonderful folks.
