My visits never feel rushed. I find the employees are always friendly and caring. Dr. Miller's many years of experience makes him knowledgeable about most illnesses. I'm almost 82. So I have seen many doctors in my life.

Called to make a new patient appointment. The woman who answered the phone sounded absolutely miserable. No greeting, just asked what my insurance was and then put me on hold. It rang a few times and I hung up. If you’re front desk or customer service who answers the phone is that unhappy, then I def do not want to be a patient here. I will never understand people in customer service that are miserable. It’s a shame because I heard the doctors are great.

I've been going here for years, the receptionists have always been nice and professional to me and the nurses, Dr miller is a proactive and seems to care about his patients, they don't take family care ins. But they take most others I think.

Called several times looking to schedule an appointment as a new patient, was hung up on twice and transferred to a voice-mail twice. Left a voice mail with no response. Awful customer service.

The receptionists are pretty miserable. They need to smile more. They are pretty rude.
