Doctor Wilson is a great doctor with excellent bedside manners. Probably one of the best in Las Vegas. Its a shame his billing, office staff and manager are not. They provide wrong info and take it back later. I tried to contact the office manager. Leaving her numerous voicemails and messages. She never returned my calls.They waited three months after, mis informing me of a billing error. Then tried to hold me liable for an error they made. How unprofessional and unfair. So unacceptable, how could I trust them again.

Best service ever. I have been to a few places and they have all been dishonest. Over prescribing opioids and then changing $300.00 for a urinalysis. I’m so happy going here they are amazing and thorough I don’t think the staff is really rude just busy. I’m offered many options for my pain and could not be happier.

Im not offered many options for my pain .I've been suffering for 3years and 9 month with pain that's unbearable day and night a lot of pills don't go well with my gastritis and ulcers ,and Tylenol doesn't mask the pain I wish I could go somewhere else but can't taking that long drive just to be in more pain.I get shots but that is temporary relief for me .I currently don't have any medication and won't take what is offered because the side affects are horrendous.

I see the nurse practitioner and she is very kind. The staff is absolutely horrible. I told her that on our last visit. They never answer the phone, the voicemails are always full, if you do get to leave a message, it doesn't matter, they will not call you back. They have ZERO empathy and I literally had to start blocking my number just to get them to answer. I like my NP like I said but if things don't change soon....I am outta there!

Sorry to hear all the negative comments about the office staff because they’ve always been very kind to me and listen to my needs and actually done something about it. Dr. Wilson and Dr. Estelle are very friendly competent and willing to listen to all my needs so I’m going to continue going to the office.
