I have been a patient at Southern Internal Medicine for over 10 years under the care of Dr. Guy Strauss, and I can confidently say the quality of care has always been outstanding. For the past 4 years, Brittaney Howell has been an incredible part of my healthcare journey. She goes above and beyond to ensure that my concerns are heard and that my care feels like a priority. It is never a hassle; she's attentive, compassionate, and truly makes me feel well taken care of. I'm grateful for the dedication and professionalism shown by the entire team. Have seen Brittaney at Dr. Strauss’s office for years and cannot speak highly enough of her and the office staff. They are warm, helpful, and attentive. I’ve been provided exceptional care and they are always able to work around my schedule for appointments. Cannot recommend their office enough!

We've spent the morning with my sister seeing Dr. Brittany, appt. Made yesterday, most offices it takes days or weeks for appointment even when you really need to be seen right then. They greet you knowing nearly every patient coming in to sign in. All the staff friendly. Not long wait, unless someone else in greater need, we don't mind the wait. We've been patients fir several years, we get great care, and help us with medications that are so expensive, fine a way to help. Thank them all for their concerns for us.

If you are wanting through care they are the place for it. I’ve been seeing Brittaney and have absolutely loved her. I really like being able to do my labs in office rather than having to visit another place and wait in extremely long lines. The dedication is what tops it off. I had a clinical face wash that my insurance wouldn’t approve and they went to bat for me so that way I could get it without breaking the bank. I love not having to go to the urgent care if I am sick because they will find a way to fit me in so I can be seen. They give me honest advice and are very personable and it doesn’t just feel like they are “checking the boxes” when they see me.

Over the last 4 years the service, doctors and care have been top notch. Recently there have been a couple new doctors brought in who have diminished the standard of care greatly. I would recommend seeing those who have been tried and true to their patience.
