Southern Immediate Care - Lakeshore

This was my child’s second time here and both times we were treated with so much care. We walked in Rachel knew exactly what my child needed. Rachel and her staff is awesome! Thank you all so much for making sure my baby left feeling a whole lot better then when she arrived!!!!! 10 stars.

Very clean. Not busy, and the staff was really nice. Even the nurse practitioner Rachael was super sweet, patient, caring, and energetic, and did a great job with making sure I understood what was going on with me, what causes it, and my options. She suggested the options that would be more helpful for me with little to no side effects, but still let me choose which option I wanted in a supportive way. I would definitely go to this location again.

You never know if you should believe all the great comments of a place. This urgent care lived up to all of that. Very clean. Staff very nice. Wait was a little long and they kept apologizing. Now the cherry on top is Rachel the NP excellent! Great bedside manner and she explained everything and listened. This one is not as close to my home as some of their other locations but I would definitely drive back to this one. Thanks Rachel and staff

Went in with a bad cough and sore throat. Customer service was great and check in was easy and precise.  Timing was excellent, not a long wait at all. Nursing staff was very friendly and bedside manners was the best.  Nurse Rachel was very thorough and took her time to explain everything to me and assisted with all of my concerns. Thank you nurse Rachel!!

My first time visit to Southern Immediate Care was very good. The time spent there was approximately 40 minutes no more than 45 from the time I walked through the front door, the few minutes it took me to register using the iPad, to a short wait in the waiting area and being called to see Rachael the CLNP. Although, I didn’t expect I would be seen by a CLNP.
