Southern Immediate Care - Homewood, AL

This was my first time to visit Southern Immediate Care. I have been so sick for five days and went to this clinic because it is so close to my home in Hollywood. It is across the street from TCBY! I was greeted by Davida, triaged by Turner, and saw the best nurse practitioner, Brandi Parker. The staff is very knowledgeable, caring, and exceeded my expectations! The clinic is clean, masks available, and the check-in so very easy and fast. I can highly recommend this clinic if you are in need of expert medical attention. I would give more than 5 stars if i could!

I highly recommend Southern Immediate Care! This was my 5th visit there and I am so amazed at how professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable their medical staff and docs are! They are so thorough and spend quality patient time really listening to the patient's needs. Great quality of care! After going to Southern Immediate Care on my first visit for an urgent care situation, I terminated the Concierge MDVIP primary care physician that I had been going to for over 10-years! I've never had to wait for more that 5-10 minutes in the waiting room.

Definitely 5 STARS! I walked into the clinic without an appointment. They processed me quickly and within 30 minutes I was seeing the Nurse Practitioner. She understood my concerns and discussed a few options. She helped me determine the closest pharmacy. She ordered my prescriptions and they were ready when I arrived at the pharmacy. I don’t like being sick but this was an easy experience!

I had an extremely great experience scheduling and meeting with the care team. I have to say the visit was exceptional. The staff was so nice and kind and wish every care team was so pleasant. My NP was excellent and very kind and gracious. I highly recommend this Urgent Care Facility.

Fantastic visit. I felt terrible when I came and the staff and NP were so helpful and compassionate. Online paperwork was straightforward. The wait wasn’t bad and my concerns were addressed. I will certainly come back for future urgent care needs. They have a great team who cares about their patients.
