The nurses are the sweetest, so nice. The Dr. took his time listening to my issues & explaining my test results. In & out pretty quickly for a walk in clinic. Will definitely see them again when I'm feeling under the weather.

Dr. Lombardo is the entire reason I go to this office! He is amazing and goes far beyond anything other doctors would do. He is so kind, has a big heart, is genuine and actually wants patients to feel better. He listens to all your concerns, examines you well, discusses various medications and even offers to serve you coffee or water while you rest and your tests are being ran/waiting to finish up. The level of care that he offers is unmatched! I love Dr. Lombardo! I just can't recommend him enough. 5 stars for him!!! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Wow...Dr Lombardo is an absolute GEM in the Healthcare field. The nurse was amazing. The staff perfect. Quick check in, quick and accurate care, easy to be seen. Please....keep up the good work!

Always glad to be seen here. Wait time was usual since it’s walk in. About an hour n half. With it being flu season I would have liked to see masks be mandatory again for everyone’s sake. Your Wi-Fi sucks so had to get receptionist to help with intake on my phone. She was great! My nurse seemed new or very shy. She was very good though n carried on a genuine conversation. The dr is super nice and probably the only one I’ve ever seen who genuinely read my medical history. She ask questions about my glaucoma and a med that would interfere with it! I would like to know the scales n chairs were deodorized between patients. I recommend you to everyone. I don’t have insurance and you’ve never made me feel less. Thank you

I was sick with coughing, headache and nausea! Booked an online appointment was seen same day! I was in and out with in an hour, they were very busy but still was fast! Got Medication, Shots, prescriptions efiled to my pharmacy! I got to my pharmacy and they were filled with no Waite time! The Doctor was great, they were filled staff was very friendly and the office was very clean! Best walk in Urget Care in Attalla! I highly recommend them and I will definitely be going back there if I need to!
