Southern Hills Hospital Pavilion

I went to the er at southern hills, the er nurses are wonderful except for Romero. He comes in last and starts manhandle me it brought back bad memories when I had to go there last time. They also wanted to keep me for a extended stay without telling me why! That wasn't going to work. I told him I was leaving They had done testing and I didn't have internal bleeding, there's no reason for me to stay. Romero takes off with my purse as if he's robbing me and wants me to chase him like I'm a dog! With his display of stealing private property it was best I leave for my own safety from him and other employees like him. It's too bad because all the other staff was caring and fast . They were very careful not to cause further injuries than I already had. The other staff rated 5.

why did everyone keep pointing out my ethnicity and then when i told a nurse it made me uncomfortable she said "maybe they're trying to tell you something" tell me what. what do you mean by that. Isn't that discrimination. How can you even tell where my family is from? I understand needing to know in a medical context but the staff and even 1 or 2 patients would mention it for no reason like you're making fun of me for it or something. If you have a problem just be direct about it because you seem racist.

My name is Ernie Casias and I am very disappointed with the services that you gave my girlfriend Nina Edwards, who was in the care of this place. She got out at 6:00am on January 3rd 2026 walk down to the train tracks and got hit by a train and she committed suicide but shouldn't gotten out because you guys should have been watching her more clearly instead of leaving her on her own when you knew that she had a mental condition in different problems that she couldn't handle on her own. I would not recommend this hospital to anybody after what happened to my girlfriend. It is very saddening that this happened and you guys didn't do anything to stop it from happening and now I don't have her anymore in my life All I've got left over is just memories. I love that they let you see your loved ones who are going through a difficult time every day and you can talk to them every day, however, some of the people who answer the phone are not nice and considerate. They gave me a code to give to be able to talk to my loved one, but the night she was about to be discharged, I called to talk to her and the lady kept telling me she needed to know what pod she was in. Well I had already called more than once and nobody else ever asked me that question the other times I called. I let her know my loved one was going to be discharged the next morning and that it really didn’t matter but the lady on the phone kept telling me I needed to know the pod number, like I’m stupid and didn’t understand what she said the first time, then she transferred me and

I had the best care while at the Pavillion! Everyone down from the doctors and wonderful nursing staff were reassuring and caring people. They treated me with respect and kindness as well. If I ever need help again on an inpatient need I will definitely return to this facility.
