Simply, they saved our beloved Pippin. Our whole family was devastated when we thought he would die. We made all the arrangements and then a new test was suggested. The test revealed something new that changed everything. Dr. Turner removed his spleen. Pippin almost died in August of 2025. Yesterday we had his teeth cleaned. Last month his annual vaccines. A new lease on life. So grateful.

They took great care of my fur baby. My vet was out of town and they saw my Ellie because she had an urgent wound that needed attention. I highly recommend them. The doctor and staff were so friendly and the place is so cute. 🥰

We had our first appointment with Dr. Ashley yesterday, the whole staff from check in to check out was phenomenal. They not only eased my heart but also my dogs heart. Milo was so comfortable with each person that met him & got spoiled the whole time. Any questions or concerns I had were very thoroughly answered and offered solutions to help. 😊 We are very happy with our care from PetStar & will be back in 3 weeks for our next appointment!

Incompetent and Expensive. A year after being told my cat was fine, thyroid a little off, I find out from another vet he's about to pass away from CANCER! Also, do not recommend taking exotics. 1000.00 bill for a Vet to read the INTERNET for an assumption/diagnosis is beyond ridiculous. Everything the woman recommend was complete garbage!

They sure are good with my misbehaving 8-year-old Tasmanian Devil rescue ( dawg) Kelly. She's had a rough go of it but the ladies at Southern Grace are so kind to her.
