The doctors are Great been going since a child. Now my daughter goes there. Only issue is they NEVER answer the phone or call back the same day as the call/message. They REALLY need to hire someone to answer and return calls. I am considering moving to a new DOCTORS OFFICE because of it!

I had a terrible experience with this establishment without even making it to the appointment. The appointment for my toddler was scheduled 4 months in advance and they called to cancel it 3 days before. To top of off the next available appointment is 3 months after the initial scheduled appointment. Long story short, my toddler has been extremely agitated without her allergy meds (due to having to be antihistamine free for 1 week for accurate allergy testing), basically put on hold from daycare for a week due to being “too sick”, and has to have surgery due to her long lasting allergies. I’m very disappointed and frustrated. Customer care is terrible. I asked what are the locations and the woman on the phone told me to search google for it, I had to repeat myself multiple times, couldn’t

My Son was born Jan 2020 and I have always had a great experience the staff is super friendly & the nurses. Anytime I had any concern they scheduled me in within hours. His main doctor is Dr. llama but he has seen 3 different ones & loved them all. I have had no issues and they have always been so helpful when referrals were needed. They really care about your concerns.

I went in to get shots and the woman that administered them was wonderful and very nice ! However, the doctor surveying me for mental and physical health found out I was raped and blamed me for it, saying, it “was a mistake I made and should be better at judging people next time.” Very awkward car ride home with my dad

Stay far away from this place please. It's easy to select this group of pediatricians to care for your newborn and older because they are very close to the hospital but it's a terrible idea. I have been going there for 3+years and on many occasions I leave upset because the wait time is very long. One time they forgot me in the waiting area for a good hour. The Dr's are not bad but not great either. Very detached I'd say, feel like a number. The staff on the other hand, NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. There is a slim Latina older lady who is very very pleasant. This place does not respect your time and one time I was 20 mins late they expected me call to let them know I'm running late.
