I’ve been coming here for years, and it’s always been a friendly, professional, and clean office. The entire staff is welcoming every time I visit. Today I had my teeth cleaned and got X-rays done, and the young gentleman who helped me was very communicative and knowledgeable. He even explained what the numbers mean during the gum measurements without me having to ask, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend this place!

I visited this location for the first time, and Dr. Shams worked on my teeth. She was very gentle, kind, and professional. She was very nice and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Great appointment yesterday. Denise is great at what she does and always so pleasant. The ladies at the counter are great as well.

Came in for a very specific problem and I got express treatment as in everything was shorter than the x-rays, talked to the dentist long enough to get a scare speech about everything I need done and nothing else my current problem of a broken wisdom tooth can be sidelined for now as long as we talk about what chargeable services we can do first. They talked about all my other problems not the current one that's keeping me up that they said had to wait (which it can't) till the get a treatment plan aka itemized bill for the other problems and then they'll work on getting me sorted on the current thing that is keeping me up and filling my mouth with blood, then I go and wait(this is the longest part,the waiting) just to be told "our printers out of ink so I want to email you" and I go "oka

This place is totally unprofessional and unorganized. I scheduled three appointments and didn't get seen on any of them. I was rescheduled for one of them and had to wait another month just to get an open Saturday when I showed up on that day the dentist nor any office personnel were there. How does a dentist and his entire office just not show up for work me and another lady waited outside for over 20 minutes nobody called to reschedule me a message email nothing!!! I was pissed
