Great doctors and talented surgeons. I've always received excellent, compassionate care and they've gone the extra mile to care for my family.

Both twins Dr. Julia and Dr .Alice are truly a blessing. They have been collectively treating my mother for Gluacoma and Cataract. My mother eye health has significantly improved. They are always accessible. I even was able to reach them on their personal cell one day when my mom was having some eye pain. Don't know where she would be without their care today. I'm so thankful for these brilliant doctors. I would recommend anyone to their facility. They won't stop until the patient is healed or doing better.

This is a continued problem. My glasses were supposed to be fixed, after my initial visit to pick them up and the prescription was off. I took them home today it’s still off. They tried to give me my Ray-Ban glasses without a glass case stating that I had already taken one and they were out of cases. I never took the glasses home until today! I don’t understand? I’ll be calling VSP to discuss this with them. As well as returning the glasses.

If there was a lower rating they would get it. These people can't be trusted. They are unprofessional. They do not understand customer service and will leave you on hold for an unreasonable amount of time.
