Southeastern Therapy Services - Speech Therapy

My son has been coming here for more than 2 years now! And now my daughter has started services as well. All the therapists are friendly and truly love what they do! I would recommend them to anyone who needs excellent speech therapists! All the staff with the STS family have been professional and caring to my family’s needs. Jeanette and everyone at the front desk have always been respectful and answered our family’s questions or concerns. Would recommend STS!

The Therapist that my grandson had are great but the front office staff (JEANETTE)excuse my language a real B.... .she sat there and argues with myself, son and grandson mother, she walked in no greetings, there's no one sitting at the front desk, you wait forever for someone to come ss out. She refused to provide me with the Supervisor name and number, reported "She doesn't have a number' I am the Chief executive, after several request She took my name and number, stated she would have her " Sharon Banks" call me. This was the worst experience everrrr. There needs to be a lot more professionalism and a lot less attitude, she brings the whole moral of the place down. I will be taking this further.She wasn't concerned about my grandson care , she cared more about flexing her power

They have been providing excellent care for my kids for years. We have a 2-hour round trip per-week & every mile is worth it when you experience your kids huge progress & excitement from receiving the correct help & much TLC they need! Employees are loving, responsible professionals that I highly recommend!

My child's therapist was great, but the place charged me $30 for missing an appointment for my mom's funeral. So more than a little disappointed for their lack of compassion. Ms. Mary is great though.

I will be calling my child’s PCP back to see if I can get referred else where because I’ve been waiting for over a month and haven’t heard from them and also have been calling for over a week and still haven’t heard a single word from them. Horrible service, and will not be taking my child there!
