Southeastern Pharmacy Health Mall

I went to this pharmacy last week with hopes to get my present prescriptions transferred from a larger chain pharmacy here in Lumberton. I had a friend/co-worker recommend it to me. When I took my turn at the counter, instead of a friendly face, the lady just stared at me no greeting, no can I help you, nothing! I told her what I wanted and she proceeded to tell me that if I was looking to get a controlled medication from this pharmacy because I could not get it at my present pharmacy that I would not be able to do that. I told her I was not on anything controlled and that I just wanted to transfer my prescriptions. She then proceeded to tell me that if my insurance would not pay for my prescriptions, then they would not fill them. I showed her my card , she took it and showed it to app

I love this pharmacy, they are loving, caring and very respectful, they are always friendly, they know you by name, staff is informative, I have never had a bad experience since I have been going to them , and that's been 7 years now. a reality great pharmacy to do business with.. I highly recommend Southeastern pharmacy #2, to anybody.. they text me when my prescriptions are ready, w as it time for me is fast, depending the rush, i have severe allergies, and certain meds i cant take that contain conponants i cant tgke, thdy went out of yheur way to get the meds i can take.. wondrrful groio of Ladies.

I am very disappointed in the way I was treated I was basically called a liar about my meds I was planning to transfer my meds here Because the pharmacy I was using closed But the girl I talked with here was very rude and hateful to me I haven't even gotten meds transferred and having a problem Your staff needs an attitude adjustment And she was absolutely wrong in what she said I called the insurance company to confirm she was wrong Never will I recommend this pharmacy to anyone Needs to take a course in how to talk to ppl Me and my husband chose this pharmacy but after the way I was talked to NO THANK YOU!!!!!!

They are the best! They have been taking care of my family and I for years with no problems.
