Southeastern Lung Care - Tucker

Today I checked into my appointment 20 minutes prior to my appointment time of 3:15pm. Visitors who were late to their appointment came after arriving at 3:00pm. They were able to be seen before me. I sat in the lobby for over an hour waiting to be seen just to be told by the receptionist that it was her fault that I was not called timely. I feel so disappointed and annoyed at the unprofessional way that I was treated and then she had the audacity to tell me my copayment was $50.00, which I paid. If I hadn't needed a refill of my prescription I would have just left. They shouldn't treat patients in this manner, every guest should be treated fairly. I would not recommend coming to this facility at all. Very discouraging 😞

I haven’t even had the chance to see the provider and I’ve already had a bad experience! I called and left a voicemail and the back office called me back and when I spoke with the lady some was very rough and had an attitude for no reason. I was provided a referral because my asthma is severe and needed to be seen asap but I won’t be going to this office. It sucks when the first point of contact is bad because it leaves a bad taste for patient care!

Lesly in the insurance department is extremely unprofessional and rude. Called to make appointments based on referral and she goes on to tell me how I’ve been an issue and she doesn’t want to deal with it, when she couldn’t read through a report to see a referral from my PCP. She has no idea how to do her job but was constantly telling me that my doctors office was in the wrong

First time in the new office. They moved from the Emory DeKalb location. Now located on Lawrenceville Hwy near Hwy 285 N/S in Tucker. The building is beautiful, clean, bright, has a security desk, and many other offices. Dr T's staff is ALWAYS amazing, friendly and fun. Now there's a large waiting room, plenty of parking, and more space. More pics to come.

The new patient paperwork is overwhelming. There is so much repetition it is ridiculous. When I arrived there was only one patient in the waiting room ahead of me however I wasn't seen by the doctor for another 2 hours. Overall I was satisfied with Dr Tinhoor.
