The word to describe this office is "Wait", as in we were in a bit over five minutes before the appointment time, then we had to wait 35 min to just see the 1st tech, and additional 52 minutes to see a second tech, and then 20 minutes to just see Dr Mouser for less than five(5) minutes. Curt would be another adjective I have no problem using, as interactionswere quick and sometimes left me feeling like rudeness was barely covered up. This is not the first time the wait has been this bad either! I don't expect it to get any better...

My husband and I had appointments scheduled for our routine yearly eye exam. We have Davis Vision Insurance, our exams and glasses (Davis frames) and Contact Lenses (Davis prefered contacts) are covered 100%. We have had the same Vision Insurance for years. Today when we arrive for our appointments we are told we have to PAY OUR MEDICARE (our Medical insurance) YEARLY DEDUCTIBLE UPFRONT TO THEM BEFORE WE CAN HAVE OUR VISION TEST??? Because our Apointment is going to be a MEDICAL APPOINTMENT as well as a Vision Appointment? HUH? A Medical appointment? SHE SAYS YES because we take prescriptions for other medical reasons. None have anything to do with our eyes. OK NOW for me one of my prescription IS presc for diabetes but I DO NOT HAVE DIABETES that is not why I take that medication. . NON

Sarah Mouser was amazing when we arrived we didn't have to wait no longer than a minute. I was reading all the bad reviews before we came and was kind scared but I don't know how people have had a bad experience here. It's just wonderful here.

refused to give me my own PD measurement despite many years of getting glasses and contacts here. withholding a patient’s own information to pressure them to buy glasses in-house feels greedy and unprofessional. under HIPAA, i have the right to access any medical info that identifies me! it’s disheartening— patients deserve transparency, not tactics meant to push sales. i will be taking my business elsewhere. :)

Faculty were very nice and they were quick with service, overall a pleasant experience for my first time!
