Flawless skills - Dr Joseph has performed multiple procedures on my spine - painless and long serving results - Teresa Nurse Practitioner is brilliant - all the nurses and staff are caring and kind- Tabitha in case management goes above and beyond to work with insurance approvals- I have a much better quality of life because of these dedicated folks and I am most grateful to all. Everyone is very nice. TANIISHA always welcome you when you come in and attend to you promptly. Dr. Joseph is just awesome and Teresa is the best. She's always up on what's best for my mother and I really appreciate that. She really listens and shares what's the best treatment and medication regiment for us. DRAKE is very efficient in his assessments and covers the physical aspect of his patients well so does TABITHA. No better place to be. Thank each of you for your services. Had 1:20pm appt, because of car prob called to advise I would arrive at 1:40pm but they wouldn't see me and made me reschedule. Rescheduled for 4pm checked in at 4:26 was told I'd have to reschedule because I was late however also told Dr was running one hour behind and if I'd been there on time at 4pm I would have had to wait for one hour because Dr was running one hour behind. That makes no sense; they're fine with me waiting for one hour because Drs running behind but if I'm late I have to reschedule. Not reschuduling.

Southeast Neurology and Pain are absolutely wonderful. The customer service of the staff is outstanding! Ms. Tenisha is a jewel! She is always so positive and uplifting! I always look forward to seeing her! Dr. Robert Joseph and Ms.Teresa Winford NP-C have exceptional bedside manners and is very thorough with my appointments.
