Jackie, Robin, the Queen at the front desk(I wish I remembered her name!!), and Dr. Snow all personally provided me the best experience I've had in healthcare, period. Many thanks to everyone helping me with a broken foot while on vacation. (If a real human is reading this, PLEASE pass this on to them, their excellence deserves to be recognized, an organization is nothing without its talented top tier staff, PLEASE share the love!!! <3). This urgent care was prompt, efficient, personable, and the staff helped dress my wounds, made sure I was comfortable, and they reassured me at every step of the way that I was in a safe space with their amazing senses of humor. I've truly never experienced healthcare like this. 11/10. THIS IS THE HEALTHCARE THE PEOPLE DESERVE!!!!!

Excellent Care. I got an appointment within an hour of checking online. At appointment time, I filled in some paperwork and paid $100 deposit (I am from Canada and therefore have no insurance). Within 15 minutes I was let into the examining room. The nurse was very friendly, took my vitals and I waited 5 minutes to see Dr. Snow. He was also very friendly and listened to my issue and prescribed a treatment. The nurse performed the treatment and he ensured that all was well. I was out of there in less than an hour, well taken care of and my issue resolved. A total of $130 for the visit, which is very reasonable. Highly recommended. The staff are all excellent.

I've been to SSI and have always been treated so very nice by the sweet ladies at the check in counter. The nurses are nice to talk to and DR Snow has always treated me many times and he's very personal and professional. Thanks to everybody at SSI .

I love the convenience of making an appointment online. Then, parking outside until called to come in on my smart phone. Dr. Snow, who is frequently there, is experienced, knowledgeable and caring. The front office and back office support staff did a great job the day off. Y appointment and the day after when I needed a different antibiotic called in to my pharmacy. I’ve been there about 4 times in the past four years and have always been treated same day. I have been happy with my care at St. Simons Immediate Care and recommend them in these days when you can’t get in to see a primary care physician on the same day you need care.

all the staff including doc were so friendly and i did not wait long (came as a walk-in on a monday morning around 9:30), but i ended up with a misdiagnosis. went in for sore throat and without doing any tests was diagnosed with strep and given a prescription. one of my best friends who i had just been out with went to check and see if she also had strep, but she had mono instead and recommended i double check. went to peachtree on canal and was given all the proper testing and it turned out that i also had Mono. this could have likely turned out bad had i kept up the amoxicillin. the doc was very nice and seems very esteemed, but i expected more careful care.
