Last month I got sick while I was at work. Waited a couple days thinking its a cold or the flu. I came to the er cuz I was experiencing diarrhea, pressure in my head, body aches, no appetite, nausea, and a fever. The only test they've done was a flu/rsv/covid test and was told its positive. I never had any respiratory symptoms, but thinking its rsv, i was taking zofran for the nausea and Ibuprofen for pain and fever for 2 days think the respiratory symptoms will come later... Well... It didn't. I ended up back at the er 2 days later with worsened symptoms. Stomach pain, vomiting and extreme muscle pain to the point it hurts to walk. The Ibuprofen stopped working against the fever and pain... The zofran stopped working against the nausea.... this time, they tested my blood, urine, done a CT

Rebecca cared for my sister following her outpatient surgery, and her level of professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness truly stood out. For an established hospital, it should make sense for an online scheduler to note to patients that a certain Dr. isn't seeing "new patients." It's honestly so frustrating to schedule an appointment for a condition on a day and time that works, only for the institution to follow up and say "we're cancelling your appointment because you're not an established patient already." Are you kidding me?? Nowhere anywhere online does it say if a Dr. is accepting new patients or not. I just need a simple prescription. Good lord. Also, attempting to call any of these Dr.'s offices is a waste of time! You're either sent to voicemail with no follow-up ever, or reception will send you to... voicemail!!! Yay!!

I was at SGHS Xmas week and was dismissed on Xmas eve. I would like to thank the staff on 5 surgical on that day. They went the extra step to make sure I got my meds because my pharmacy closed at 1pm. Dietary has improved from my last stay. The staff was pleasant and Carla was awesome and considerate. Hospital food is not the best on my diet, but everything but the coffee was warm or hot.👍🏽
