Today was my first visit and I really liked everything about the place And I like my new doctor there

1 star only because I can't leave no stars. I have ILD ( lung disease ) ARDS & COPD I am permanently on oxygen so trying to breath through a mask is virtually impossible. A nurse at Dr Tomus' office didn't like the fact that I wasn't wearing one. I tried to explain my medical condition to her ( I am also a minister so it goes against my religious beliefs ) but she wasn't wanting to hear any of it. So she went and complained to the Dr. Cane back and told me that the Dr. Said either put the mask on or get out. In the past 2 years I haven't ever wore a mask in there now all of a sudden it's an issue & I have been thrown out of the office unless I wear a mask wich is not medically advisable. It's bad enough that they rarely keep appointment times and it takes them forever to do paper work but

Went to the obgyn clinic with my wife for our unborn child’s ultrasound/sonogram and was told I had to wait downstairs because of COVID-19 even though I’m vaccinated and was wearing a mask. Dont recommend as a decent ob/gyn for new parents.

Dr. Bannout is an excellent doctor. He cares of everything that you need. The doctor and the staff are very kind. You feel welcome in the office.

I had my first visit with the nurse practitioner and felt very comfortable talking about my health issues and the follow up visit was on the video phone all of the time I was on the video she was very supportive of treatment and asked me several times if I had any questions that I needed to ask about the medications she was ordering for me I would highly recommend this office and staff to anyone who is looking for a family Dr
