Never calls back for bloodwork results, takes forever to fill scripts to get bloodwork done. Place is a joke. To get refills on medicine they make you make an appt so they can get paid to see you just to fill a script.

I am very surprised to see all of these negative comments. I have been going here for several years and have not had one negative experience. Donna always calls me back and leaves a message if I don't answer. Prescriptions are always called in on time. Dr. Adkisson has always been great and has helped me with several medical issues.

Wonderful people, excellent service no better place in Oklahoma for family health care from Dr. Adkisson, Nurse Tammy, & Receptionist Donna make up the AAA+++ healthcare professionals that go the extra mile for every customer. I've read some of the less than 5 star ratings and it irritates me to see, if this team has any issues it's caring about every single patient and if I have to wait my turn occasionally they are well worth the wait.

Donna is great! She was always kind and great to speak with. However, I will never return to this practice! It took over a month for the nurse to call me back with results of a blood test. The doctor put me on a beta blocker for panic attacks. The last straw was never receiving a call back when trying to schedule an appointment. I tried for over two weeks, left several voicemails, and never received a call back. There are so many better care options out there. If you can go somewhere else, avoid this place.

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. Let’s start with the fact that the phone starts by going to a recording…then you Never get anyone to answer. You leave a message. They DO Not return a call. When my son got his appointment, he really liked Dr Joel. His apt was at 3:30pm and he was prescribed an antibiotic we were told was being sent over to the pharmacy we requested. We waited to hear from pharmacy when ready. At 6:30pm I called the pharmacy, they never received the prescription. I called the office the next day…left a msg (because no one answers) and hours later, my husband gets a call that we never told them the pharmacy name. He told them to look at the back side of the paper they were taking notes on because that’s were the nurse wrote it…surprise! They had it the entire time. At
