Dr. Kot skillfully removed an abscess from my eyelid with remarkable speed and no discomfort. The receptionist was courteous and ensured I left with the necessary aftercare medication. My entire visit at Southampton Urgent Care took just 15 minutes, and I felt like a new person afterward. Highly recommend this efficient, professional, and caring team.

This was a fantastic experience. I was traveling and recently had a diagnosis and script from out of state. Dr Kot was great. He agreed with my test results and the diagnostic, but said the script i had wasn't appropriate. He corrected the script and I'm on the mend. We had a few laughs and I found his bedside manner great. Very knowledgeable and a great guy.

The doctor never examined me. I came in and complained of symptoms aligned with Covid. The Covid test came back negative and he dismissed me without ever checking me. I woke up this morning with a positive test. He never even suggested that I take another test. Never examined me, never spoke to me, and had his nurse give the test and give me the results.

I showed up for a small ear thing and the staff was super nice, took me in right away, and out the door in less than five minutes. I didn't feel like my time was wasted and for what I went in for he knew exactly what was going on. I was recommended here by somebody else who has had two positive experiences here. I'm in between insurances, new to the area, and I didn't feel like I was overcharged for the services.

We were visiting Southampton on vacation and came in to get our son’s staples removed (he cut his head a week ago before our trip and had staples). The clinic took us immediately with zero wait, we saw the very kind and professional doctor himself, and were out the door in less than 5 minutes. Couldn’t have had a better experience!
