Have really enjoyed our visits here. We didn’t love the first pediatrician we saw here in the valley due to their inability to manage appointment times every time we went which probably means they were overbooking to get more money. Dr Rivera is great with my son , informative, and listens but also keeps on time with appointments and has a clean office. We will be continuing to go back!

We had tried several other pediatricians in this area and we were not impressed. I'm so thankful we found this clinic. We have only ever seen the PA but I absolutely LOVE her! She is attentive, she listens to me as the mom, she explains things well, and she uses her common sense. At one time I had a child sick with flu b, and instead of making me bring back my other won when he also got sick, she just gave me a prescription for tamiflu for him as well. I just appreciate that kind of courtesy. I also like that they are able to do the simple blood labs in the clinic. I have never had a bad visit here!

On February 21, 2023 My daughter and I (Grandma) called to get an appt for my newborn granddaughter regarding her having a fever and spitting up her formula. We went Dr Rivera since she had been there before. When we got there Dr Rivera refused medical care for my sick granddaughter with a fever. Dr Rivera office stated, that the Dr Rivera said, she can’t see her unless we do her 1 month shot which is too early. We already have set an appt for her 6wks-2month somewhere else. I never knew someone like Dr Rivera could be so “Cruel and Evil” to refuse medical attention to a sick newborn baby. I would not recommend Dr River to no one. We were devastated and still can’t believe that this happened.

Dr. Rivera and her staff were amazing today for our 4 year check up! I could feel the genuine kindness and helpfulness, and as a plus, we were scheduled at 940, and out by 1015!

Dr. Rivera is a great doctor. We loved the way she treated our daughter and her office staff is friendly and efficient. If you need a pediatrician in the upper valley area, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend her.
