South Texas Bone & Joint | Bay Area Office

Walked into new office at Bay area. Told office staff so happy they are here in my workplace so I can see someone here. Offer me Dr Ramirez. Call to schedule and never tell me it is a different location. 2 reminder texts last week, no address. Day of appt reminder text has the address too late to cancel without fee. Why the hell didn't they tell me the dont do shoulders at Bay when I stood there having an in person conversation with office staff about how glad I was I could see someone here? Why the hell do u not get the address included in any reminder u til morning of?? I will see someone somewhere else with better communication. If front staff is lousy can't trust the operation IMO
