Keisha the Receptionist was absolutely amazing! She understood my situation and guaranteed me quick service, so I can make it to my cruise on time.I thank her the medical assistant and the provider for providing excellent, quality, and fast care!

The whole process from scheduling an appointment, to getting checked in was easy. The appointment didn't take much time at all and pricing was easy to understand! Overall it was a pleasant experience!

Dr Nelson was great with my 7 year old grandson. The medical assistant, Lisa was gentle and kind. I was worried about his illness and she helped me to feel calm. I appreciate the treatment he received greatly. It's been 2 hours and my grandson is feeling better already. Thank you!

I had a visit on Sat Dec 6, 2025. The visit went ok, the doctor ordered a lab test as it was supposed to and no complaint there even though I should have also tested on viral infections but was not. However, I was misdiagnosed and prescribed extremely heavy antibiotics which made me sick. On Tuesday I called the clinic reporting that I have side effects on the medication they prescribed me, I was told by the nurse she will call me back. I decided not to call again as per my knowledge my lab results were still not ready. No one called me back until I checked with the lab on Thursday when the results were ready. I was told by the lab that the results were ready on Tuesday and sent them to the doctor who ordered the test the same day. No one bothered to call me after my results arrived and e

Very easy to schedule an appointment. My wait time after I arrived was minimal. The nurse (Diane?) who checked me in was fantastic. Dr. Nelson was very knowledgeable about my problem & took the time to listen to me. I have seen Dr. Nelson in the past and his professional demeanor is consistently top notch!
