Terrible communication with their patients. The family is very nice but I need a clinic with more reliable communication and timely medication refills. They ignore the phone completely, I don’t think I’ve ever called and actually got to speak with someone. Im always sent right to voicemail, and I leave several (unanswered) messages. The only way to get anything accomplished is to show up there unannounced, demand what you need, and even then you still might be waiting at your pharmacy for nothing. I think they accept every single person who calls them as a patient. While I’m thankful they got me in, I’m pretty sure they service all of Lockport and the surrounding areas, making them very overwhelmed and not able to keep up with client needs. Dr. Cheryl prescribed my 6 year old medication without my consent. Never met my son a day in her life until his 1 single appointment. Nor did she review the court order or return a single call. They also denied giving me paperwork in their office. I would advise to look elsewhere also the office is the most sketchy facility I’ve ever walked in. People like this ruin lives.

I like my provider and front desk but good luck ever getting through to them if you have any questions or problems. Edit: Why can’t you answer your phones or fill medications when needed?! 2nd Edit: keep track of your billing and payment records so you don’t get double charged just about every visit.

I really love Dr Campbell and her staff! She is so caring and knowledgeable. She took time listening and accessing my daughter's and our concerns. We are really happy to have finally found a good doctor. I can't recommend her enough.

This is the only dr office that actually understood my situation and prescribed the right medication. I absolutely love the woman nurse practitioner, she listened to my problems and did not judge one bit. I highly recommend this place.
