This office is stunning and the doctor and medical assistant are absolutely fantastic. Now you ask me why the four stars, why not five? Well, there once was a receptionist named Laura who is clearly very passionate about her job, but doesn’t think she can ever be wrong. I was being fitted for custom orthotics by Becky (sweetest ever!) and I had a question about their billing process and if it needed prior authorization. I was immediately met with a pretty snarky attitude (didn’t match the office at all) and said these won’t be covered at all and she hands me a Medicare ABN. I politely say, I am not Medicare ( and before I could say what I was going to say—which is but I signed this agreement of non-coverage) she snapped back at me and said if you don’t sign this the I am not billing you

I recently had a Bunionectomy done by Dr. Hopkins and he did an amazing job! He’s very knowledgeable ,friendly and very helpful for a person who was very nervous to get surgery. Also the staff from the nurses to the office ladies are very helpful and very friendly. Anytime I requested paperwork or had a question they were almost instantaneous with a response or paperwork. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their foot worked on!

I had the most spectacular visit today as a new patient with Dr Hopkins! He was great, his assistant was great (I am embarrassed her name escapes me) as was the front desk attendant. Huge improvement to the “other” foot doctor I had seen. And, took care of my foot issues (corns) at the visit. Please choose this practice for your foot care. Dr Hopkins and his staff are awesome at caring! Yes, I will do my exercises ~ So, so happy.

Dr Hopkins has always provided excellent care for me. His great advice has improved my foot care. He listens to my concerns and takes the time to makes sure I understand his solution.

Dr. H was thorough and affable. Being my first appointment he was open with what condition I have and what the course of tx should be. He strongly instilled confidence. I understand why a leading medical school is named after him!
