Give honor doom honor is due. Guys there is a nurse here who is absolutely an angel and needs to be recognized. Her name is Anita Opcampo She is a nurse here in South Shore. She’s Filipino. I need a letter of recognition to be sent to the hospital about her. From the first day that I came here, she was not even my nurse and she reached out for my comfort to be sure I had a private room my medication, my food, everything. Despite her busy schedule, she still tended my every need. She saw me. She kicked patient care in the behind and this something that should be acknowledged. I am so very grateful for her kindness.

Bjuy Matthew male Indian detox nurse I spoke with someone yesterday and I called back the next day because I forgot to ask a couple finalizing questions to bring a family member in there of course when I called back it was her off day and the gentleman Bjuy Matthew(he says) who I was directed to in Detox was 0 help he refused to answer any questions anything I stated he repeated that I have to follow up with social worker on Monday and I asked if there was a nurse there he stated he is a nurse and he is of no help or answering questions about the program that he works in? Not only that when I explained the situation he ignored it all and stated call back Monday and hang up when I called back and was transferred the number was continually sent to voicemail But this is who I’m suppose to tru

When I say I’am the only one in the ER waiting room I mean it! After signing in for over 4 hours now! Wit shortness of breath and other serious health issues! I rung the bell over 6 times and no one have came,I have not been triaged yet! After waiting so long my oxygen tank is on 6% and very low! To the point I’am getting scared! After waiting for more then 3 hours,a er nurse by the name PAM came out and said that it would be another few hours after 7pm before I be seen by a doctor,even without triaging me yet to see what’s going on! I than asked to speak with manager and she said she is the nurse manager right now and I said someone over you! She said she will give them a call but it’s nothing manager over her can do it’s her call! I asked her if it was possible if I can get some oxygen s

Nurse on staff for my cousin was rude and unprofessional. My family member was discharged by the doctor by the nurse was making him wait until 5pm because she had admissions. We informed her that we couldn’t wait. The nurse refused to assist us afterwards. My cousin defected on himself and no nurses assisted to clean him. One tall nurse on 3rd floor was extremely rude and unprofessional.

My husband has blood coming out of his rectum for 2 days, throwing up non stop, cold sweats, extreme pain in his abdomen. Only 2 people in the er who appear to be no way near as sick as my husband. Been here 2 hours and still no bed, no wheelchair not even someone at the triage window. If you call out for help you get yelled at. I'm disgusted
