South Shore Health Urgent Care Braintree

I stopped by Health Express in Braintree this week to get tested for Covid. The good news — I didn’t have it. The even better news — I found a place I’ll happily return to whenever I need care. Why? From the moment I walked in, the front desk team greeted me with warmth, professionalism, and even thanked me as I left. Dr. Mensching took his time, really listened to my symptoms, and made the visit feel like a genuine conversation. The assistant who took my vitals and swabs was just as welcoming and put me at ease. I truly value excellent service and a friendly staff — and I know many of you do too. If you’d like to avoid long waits at the hospital and be treated with care, consider visiting Health Express in Braintree. You’ll be glad you did.

Easy to make a same day appointment. From the front desk, to my initial assessment, xray and seeing the Dr. Everything was done in a friendly, kind, professional manner. I was in and out in just over an hours time. A much better experience than if I went to an emergency room. I would like to thank everyone for the care I got. Appreciate the work you do.

When my illness came on so suddenly, it was such a relief to be seen and cared for right away. The staff here at the urgent care in Braintree were extremely friendly, supportive, and compassionate. Thank you again for your care! This is a great alternative to the ER.

Friendly receptionist clean large waiting room seen in no time. Exam rooms just as clean. All staff friend more important listened to what I had to say. Got prescription called in and left some for labs. Unbelievable got lab results back that same night. There's plenty of free parking. Definitely making them my new primary care doctors
