South Shore Health & Rehabilitation

My brother have been a resident of South shore for quite some time now.The staff there is pretty friendly. Charles, The Social Director always keeps me informed about my brother medical appointment and services offered to the residents.

Director of Nursing Nora Jordan treats family members and staff like they are beneath her. The facility is dirty and filled with bed bugs. Unskilled nurses with poor attitudes. I would not leave my worst enemy here.

It is excellent here! I enjoy the therapy. The social worker is nice and I like the activities.

Wow, so many good things here! Their team is the best! This is my 2nd time here and I would come back again if I had to.

Now at first I did not think I would like this place that I had to put my dad in for a short time due to the outside look of it. Never judge a book by its cover. This place is really not that bad at all. They get the bedridden people out the bed so they don't have to be in there bed all day. The nurses and aids are amazing very friendly. If you do have a concern they are there to listen and help make this experience better. In my father case he had a great experience. Also there are daily activities for them to do. My father last rehab experience that he was at didn't have or do anything like this. Great Job Southshore Rehabilitation center.
