South Oaks Hospital Jennings Hall

I am not a patient at this facility, nor have I ever been one, but I recently had to visit a patient here and the experience was absolutely awful. From the moment I arrived, the staff were condescending, dismissive, and outright rude. It felt like they were actively trying to make things more difficult, as if helping visitors or answering questions was a burden to them. Asking for even basic assistance was met with visible irritation, and if you ask more than once or happen to upset them, they retaliate with passive-aggressive behavior. It’s incredibly unprofessional and deeply disheartening. In particular, the short blonde woman in Jennings Hall stood out …not for kindness or professionalism, but for how openly miserable and unfriendly she was. Unfortunately, she wasn’t the only one. Ev
