Went to this place twice. The first time I waited 2 hrs to be seen, this time I waited 3 hrs, just to get in a room. The front staff is not only nasty, but they double as the doctors assistants, so they run from front to back, and can't do either job effectively. After the doctor finally saw me and asked the receptionist to give me a throat swab, I waited an additional 20 minutes for her to stop talking about her social life to finally give me the test. To conclude this fine visit, I was prescribed anti biotic, for a very painful strep throat and swollen glands... on the way out, I confirmed with the receptionist "nurse" that she would call it in, and that they had the correct pharmacy. They seemed in a hurry to leave, so although I wasn't surprised, I am enfuriated that the antibiotic was
Went today with a lot of pain due possibly to a kidney stone. The place is extremely clean which is the first thing I look for. There was no one there when I arrived and was being looked at by Dr. O’Brien within 1/2 hour of filling out first time patient forms. I hate seeing doctors in general but something about Dr. O’Brien put me at ease as he checked me and explained all the possibilities that could be causing my pain. I was initially asked if I had a primary doctor and I did not. I was told I could have a physical scheduled with Dr. O’Brien if I wanted which I did. I think I have a PCP now! I highly recommend this place as well as Dr. O’Brien!
It took me 9 days to receive my COVID results, and 12 days for them to email it to me. I called dozens of times, left voicemails, even emailed, and it wasn't until Desiree picked up the phone and emailed me my results right away, that I was assisted. Thank you, Desiree, she was highly professional and did everything she could to assist me as soon as possible. I don't blame the staff for the delay (which is why I even gave 3 stars), I blame the company, because I have been to several Walk-In's that run like a well oiled machine. We are in unprecedented times and people need assistance. One receptionist and a manager at the front desk is not enough during a pandemic. Yes, I wish I got my results earlier, but as a company they should have an automatic system that emails patients when the re
I went complaining of a fingernail infection after I was cut when getting a manicure 2 days earlier. The “doctor” was dismissive from the moment I hold her the story. She acted as if I was over reacting, told me to stop playing with it, AND said I should do my nails myself. I kid you not. I am on an immune suppressing med because of arthritis and I explained that I cannot fight off infection because of it. Her answer was the same and extremely condescending. She went on to say I can prescribe you an antibiotic but it will only cause you to get sick and cause problems. What?! Yesterday I went to another place and was diagnosed with a nail infection and provided an antibiotic. It’s a good thing I’m persistent. God knows how bad it would have gotten if I had waited longer. After just one d
Went to this place for blood work 2 different times with two of my daughters! I don’t understand how they are still opened. Both times where a horrible experience. 1st time we went there and they asked if we can come back in an hour. Took our name and said we won’t have to wait. Come back in an hour to wait another hour. She said that they don’t take appointments. To have what I’m not sure if she was a nurse to leave a quarter size dark black and blue mark on my daughters arm from taking blood. Which was still there when I went back a week later with my other daughter. 2nd visit with my next daughter. Called b4 we went they said no wait. I live 2 blocks away. Get there and wait 1 1/2 hours. They go to take blood and can’t find a vein. Poked at her veins, moving needle around in her arm.
