South Mountain Family Dentistry

After having a not-so-great experience with another dentist office (I felt pushed into having expensive dental care without a description of why), I came to South Mountain with a hope that I wouldn't have a similar experience. I have to say this was by far the BEST dental experience I've had in nearly 65 years of life. I have no idea what some of the bad reviews I read before going came from. Allena did a fantastic job during my cleaning and "new patient" exam. She was really thorough, personable, and explained everything in depth. Dr. Hamren was equally thorough and very responsive to the questions I had. I honestly never thought I would write a glowing review on a dentist but here I am. I highly recommend South Mountain to take great care of your dental needs!

THEY DO TAKE MEDICAID, so do read the rest. Crystal helped me find a great dentist, I hadn't seen one in a while, an embarrassing amount of time. I knew I had some things going on. Bad tings. Francisco greeted me at the front desk every time with a comforting and pleasant demeanor. We ended up connecting about JBL party box speaker systems, talked about it every time I went in there. Crystal ended up getting a few as well, really neat thing to talk about going in to get your teeth drilled, helped ease my mind, as silly as it may sound. I get back there for my X-rays, it was worse than I thought. I was Shatting bricks to be frank. Not in anticipation of the procedures but the aftermath of it on the other side. Dr. Harman and Chelsea dealt with most of my fillings and did a phenomenal job.

After a year or so of not going to the dentist due to my last experience at my last dental clinic I decided to give South Mountain Family Dentistry a chance. Everyone was so welcoming, I was able to get great feedback. Especially, the young lady Auda was of great help. She made me feel more comfortable during my appointment and assured everything would be okay. I recommended this clinic so much, the best one I’ve been too.

The dental hygienist Stephanie Hernandez is absolutely amazing at what she does the best personality I’ve ever come across and extremely thorough with everything. She does the dentist as well is very intellectual educated. extremely happy with this facility

I find the place very welcoming. I havent had luck with dentists growing up but I've felt the most calm here. Ive been treated friendly and almost like family compared to patient first I feel, these people have gone out of the way to help me, listen to my concerns, and put my mind at ease in a usually stressful situation. One person, I think named Allina, was also really kind at my most recent cleaning. Patient and steady handed, etc. Really appreciated them for describing everything to me when I asked hahs
