I recently visited South Lake Hearing and had the pleasure of working with Dr. Stan Phillips, Brian, the audiologist, and their exceptional staff. I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported by everyone I encountered. Dr. Phillips and Brian went above and beyond to ensure I understood every aspect of my hearing loss and the available solutions. They took the time to patiently explain everything, addressing all my questions with clarity and thoroughness. Their dedication made me feel confident and informed throughout the process. I had a wonderful experience at South Lake Hearing and Tinnitus Center. Everyone at the practice was very polite and friendly, and Dr. Phillips was very compassionate toward me and knowledgeable about my needs. I was having an urgent medical issue, and he made time to work me into his schedule as a first time patient to try to see if he could assist. He listened and offered great suggestions. He also connected with another specialist to see if they could also try to help and followed up with me. This was over and beyond anything I anticipated, and certainly not anything he was obligated to do. Dr. Phillips is such a great Doctor. I had ringing in my ears for quite a while and a lot of discomfort. He saw that my ear had a tremendous amount of wax which he extracted. He is truly a professional who gives his undivided attention to you and treats you with respect. Many other Doctors should take some lessons from him on how to treat their patients.

Dr. Phillips is truly a five star physician. He is an expert in the field and has a warm and caring manner. He shares his expertise but is low pressure, giving the patient time to consider the options. I have been his patient for 3 visits now and each time I walk out of the office feeling seen, heard, and valued. I recommend him without reservation.
