At first they seem helpful, until you have a problem with their treatment plan and want to change anything. Was told I wasn’t listening when they were not listening to my daughter having discomfort insisting they could not reorder their treatment plan. I’ve never met a dentist who did not reorganize treatment based on discomfort. Then I was called a bad mother and the manager tried mansplaining to me about brushing teeth. I was obviously upset and I instead of truly listening and being shown empathy I was told I’m the kind of person they don’t want to deal with because I had an attitude. Yes, I had an attitude because they didn’t care what was actually bothering my daughter right now. I took the X-rays and will never go back or recommend them to anyone again. Excellent, friendly and professional staff! Very clean environment, and their overall “outside the box” thinking in the design of the office make kids excited and motivated about going to the dentist 😁

My son has been a patient here for approximately two years. While I understand this is a private practice, I have consistently experienced a lack of respect when attempting to reschedule appointments. Appointments were scheduled solely based on their availability, typically early mornings or early afternoons, and I was never accommodated for later times such as 3–4 p.m. Additionally, nepotism appeared to be an ongoing issue. While the quality of care itself was okay, the patient ethics and scheduling practices were extremely disappointing. As a result, I will be seeking care elsewhere. My son’s braces might have been taken off prematurely and I knew something might be wrong when I asked when they were going to be removed they seemed all too eager to remove them and get rid of me as a pa

Amazing pediatric dentist and staff. We have been coming here for six years with all three of my children and we will never go anywhere else. There are video games in waiting room, murals of animals on walls, movies to view while getting procedures done. Even the bathroom is adorable with two toilets, one little and one big as well as small and large sinks. The entire office is immaculate. Everyone is super nice a s my girls have never had a bad experience and it is never an issue getting them to go to the dentist, even when they are expecting a procedure (and we have had extractions, fillings and cap for tooth). Highly recommend !!!!

wish i could give -5 stars Today was my sons first visit and to say im highly disappointed being i saw 4.9 stars (which was probably from friends and family members) is an understatement. The staff was INCREDIBLY rude to my 5 year old telling him to "stop lying" when he complained his tooth was hurting also told him to stop saying "owww" so he wouldnt "scare" other patients and then proceeded to tell him that he needs to sit still and get done because they have other patients.Now i know why they don't "allow" parents to come in the back cause if parents really knew what was being said to their kid(s) they would be just as mad as I am
