I've been going to this office for about 2 years . Dr . Rao is so rude . He treats you like trash if your child has an emergency and you schedule appointment at 4. He doesn't even speak when you walk in the room . My son was also misdiagnosed . I brought him in when he had a runny nose and cough . Dr Rao told me he was fine and I took him to urgent care , he had the flu . I just recently changed to a different pediatrics office .

This doctors office is hands down one of the best I’ve seen. They are proactive and very responsive to any questions regarding my daughter. I would recommend this doctors office to anyone looking for a doctors office that takes a parents opinion into consideration when providing care

The office is dirty. The newborn waiting room is literally just a hallway. Neither the doctor nor the nurse washed their hands before touching my newborn. I wouldn't recommend this place at all

We’ve been bringing our daughters to Dr.Rao since 2019, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care he provides. He’s incredibly attentive and always takes the time to thoroughly check on their health and development. One of the things we appreciate most is how well he interacts with the kids — he makes them feel comfortable, heard, and even gets a few laughs out of them during each visit. It’s clear he truly cares about their well-being, and as a parent, that means everything. Highly recommend!

At first i had no complaints even when others had issues until it started with me . It's not dr. Rao him self but his workers. They will take the phone off the hook. Will not click over . And even allow you to stand there and not acknowledge you exist. I went there this morning 3/13 at 8:32am to get A medical prescription. The lady took all my information down to get what I need then proceed to tell me she will have somebody to call me to discuss the paperwork or the prescription. She then took my information down as well as my brother info who was picking up the prescription because I had just gotten out of the hospital. I couldn't go back I then proceeded to call around 1-2 o'clock in the afternoon Just for her to tell me that they will call me at three or four, but if they don't call m
