Unfortunately, Bad experience here! Came here for an exam and to get glasses. The young ladies at the front desk check in and the technicians were great and professional . The office manager was okay as he was able to somewhat address a question/concern i had as it related to my insurance. What made the whole experience here bad was the cleanliness of the office, the exam chairs, and waiting room. Even worse, a young man working in the office had a terrible attitude with me from start to finish. As if he was disgusted by my presence and annoyed by the questions I had about the frames. Dismissive and condescending for no reason but whatever. As a medical proffesional, I always aim to avoid showing any frustration towards patients/customers even when they may be unintentionally difficult. H

The lady at the front desk is very dismissive and doesn't know how to trouble shoot any problems. She was rude and very disrespectful. I would never recommend anyone going there. They hold you to your appointment time but they open the doors after the first appointment after 8 am.. The manager ( A Black Man) is very incompetent as well. Glad They couldn't find my insurance...

It was fantastic.For the first time I went there I cannot complain about anything. Doctor, nurses they knew what they're doing. Explanations were very clear and understood. They're very nice. Clean place too. I will refer someone to them. Thank you! Great job!

ZERO RATING. Close this office immediately. Very unprofessional. My visit was October 8th and was informed the glasses would be ready in two weeks. I have called the office over a dozen times, either they don't pickup or if they do you leave a message that they will get back to you. All lies. My insurance provider can't even get through to the office. I've made an official complaint to Humana to close this office and make a full investigation.

Abysmal service, came here for contacts not only did they take over a month they told me to come in during business hours, I left work early just for them to tell me they could not give them to me without a doctor. Made an appointment which was supposed to be "15 minutes max" and waited in the waiting room for over an hour before finally getting to try my contacts on. Once they were in my tech named Alex was very impatient and rude, I had trouble with the pressure tester on my eye and after only 30 seconds/ 3 tries he threw a fit and said "okay well i'll wait for you" in a very rude way. Was an absolute jerk when I had waited for over an hour without complaining. When I said something to him, he said he was "just doing his job" which apparently requires a bad attitude and crappy service. M
