South Florida Vision Center

Had my appointment today at 11:15am in this Delray Beach SFVC located in the Kings Point Shopping Center. Arrived at 11:05... checked in with Aline and GiGi and was advised to take a seat in the waiting room. Within 10 minutes.... Mikala called my name. That was very impressive as there was virtually NO WAIT TIME... MIKALA did an excellent job of checking my eye pressure and she gave me an eye exam. She examined both my regular glasses and my prescription sunglasses. I then was directed to the other wait room closer to DR. NADINE'S office. Within 5 minutes, Dr. Nadine called me for my annual eye exam. She was polite, professional, and passionate... the three P's... 😉 😉 DR. NADINE answered all of my questions and provided me with my 2026 eye exam results which Aline gave me upon my exit.

Cindy the office manager who helped me is very nice and so professional. She explained all the lens options that was best for me. I will return to South Florida Vision because of the care I received.

@Diane Gomez, Honestly, my experience with Ashley has been completely different — she’s always been super prompt, on top of everything, and such a charismatic and helpful person. I’ve never had any issues with her, so it’s surprising to hear that happened...I wonder who was actually the issue here...

I normally go to my eye Dr, but my doctor retired and my insurance no longer cover them so I tried this one. Worst mistake ever. 2 weeks for lens trial, then another however long for the actual contacts and on top of that, the staff is so rude and unprofessional. No one called to say a word, I had to call them and ask about it and they acted like I was bothering them. I don’t know what is wrong with people these days! Thank God for Ashley that tried to assist or else I would have been as lost as I was before calling.

Since Leila is not there her replacement, Ashley does not follow up has shown an inability and lack of concern in completing necessary paperwork to insurance, preventing me from getting a post surgical prescription filled. I am extremely unhappy with their service, for the first time in over 5 years I am having a problem with them and would not recommend going there for eyeglasses.
