I went in for an urgent care visit. Woke up with one eye blurry. They took me in right away. Carline and Dr. O’conner were professional, thorough, and made me feel very comfortable. They were able to diagnose the problem, provide next steps and had me come in for a follow up the following week. I highly recommend them. I am from Boston, and did not have an eye doctor here in Florida and found them on a google search. Feel fortunate that I found them and will continue to see them!

If I could give Zero stars this would be it !!! I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received at this location. After ordering my glasses six weeks ago, I have spent the last two and a half weeks trying to get updates on my order. Each time I call, I am met with the same frustrating response: the manager will call me back. Unfortunately, when the manager is not available, no one else can provide any information, leaving me feeling ignored and undervalued as a customer. Today, after waiting six long weeks, I was finally informed that there are issues with the frames I had selected. This lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable. They are one of the best places ive been too in a while they got my sons glasses quick and the glasses are well made and my dude Bernard is amazing hes a wonderful gentleman and he is very patient. Overall if I could rate it more than 5 stars I Would

I went to South Florida Vision, their representative Evan was so unfriendly that I had to leave. This gentleman needs customer service relation training seriously. I came back later, it was it was 2 minutes after 5. He didn't even have the lights shut off, and I just had a question to ask him. He couldn't be bothered. Well I will be spending my $700 elsewhere and giving a complete review on my podcast. Evan, I don't know why your life is so miserable but she shouldn't take it out on other people.

I made an appt for 1:30 pm, waited an hour to find out this whole time they haven’t been able to pull my insurance and so they finally asked me to contact insurance to then tell me they cannot see me since my appt time passed and will have to reschedule. 0/10 in communication and customer service.
