One of the best costumer service I’ve ever witnessed, the people at the front desk were very kind and friendly offering as much help as needed and the doctors with a lot of patience and professionalism in their work helped me in the best way, highly recommended.

I wrote a bad review to this Urgent care since they insisted charging my friend some fee even he has insurance. The owner gave feedback the same day about how to deal with this issue. Yesterday my friend went there again, they did not charge him. We appreciate them for taking the corrective action. My friend said this place is very convenient, just walk in, the nurses are professional. So now I gave them 4 stars, I will recommend this place to my friends and coworkers. Thank you very much.

My brother and I scheduled a drug test for our school at this location. The staff mixed up our paperwork and our drug test was canceled after we already submitted our samples. We received a letter saying the test wasn’t approved. Now I will have to take time off to repeat the test again and pay again because the staff was so careless and didn’t process my test correctly the first time. Very disappointing and frustrating experience. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else where the staff is attentive and care about doing things the right way.

Staff up front is not friendly at all and they are so impolite when you call. Eider nobody answer or if you talk to someone they just brush you off. I took my daughter because she had all the Covid symptoms and they did a test that is taking 5 days now with no results. I left messages and nobody calls me back. I’m not going back again they make it so difficult to get information.

I went yesterday with my family to get tested for COVID because they are traveling and everything was great. The two ladies at the reception were very helpful and friendly. And I had the opportunity to talk with Jhon Velasco who was very attentive all the time. We received the test result late the same day. I recommend this place for the service they offer. Thanks.
