Don't bother wasting your time. I've been prescribed a med by Dr. Cohen that requires me to first get a vaccination. Today his office staff informed me that they cannot or will not assist me in getting the vaccination and basically told me it's my problem to solve. You're the one writing the damn script! Your obligation should be to ensure that I have everything needed to be able to actually take the medication. Let's not forget the absolute lack of urgency in getting back to a patient. Horrible service since he lost his PA. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I was waiting to be seen by Dr. Cohen for 30 mins when I decided to ask his rude assistant how much longer. To my surprise she got mad and in a very rude way she responded:" there's still 3 patients in front of you". Seriously? I refused to wait and left and will never go back! After all, I have a job and a life !!!! They have no respect or consideration for their patients, as if he was the only GI in Boca Raton. Give me a break! Don't go there !!!

Dr. Levy and his assistant Sophia are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with! I had blood work done 2/24/2018 and they just called me today 4/17/18 to inform me of a serious issue. In shock I asked what took so long and Sophia’s response was “well we lost your results and just found them.” Are you kidding me???? Then they wanted me to come back in!? For what?? to be lead to believe I was being taken care of by a professional! Oh and SOPHIA was so rude on the phone it was actually pretty funny. You are dealing with peoples personal information with serious problems and you yell at me for being treated unfairly? I will NEVER return to this practice again!

Horrible experience, I was charged $250 for the doctor to tell me there's no cure for gerd (which I no longer have so apparently that was a lie). The doctor was incompetent and impatient and definitely only cares about money. If I would have taken his recommendations I would have put my life in danger. This man should be in jail and I'm still expecting a refund for the horrendous experience.

South Fl. Gastroenterology Associates office and staff operate like a finely tuned violin! They are respectful, patient and professional. After avoiding a procedure for many, many yrs. Dr. Ronald Levy saw me through it. I highly recommend Dr. Levy. His kindness, dedication and professionalism will see you through it too!
