I recently visited for my yearly check. I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival. Everyone treated me professionally and kindly. From the front desk to the technicians. The professionals were very thorough and used technology to the fullest. The reports are very detailed, far more than what I was used to. Excellent. Special mention to Dr. Marlene Moster, who took time to explain in detail what she was doing, what was she checking for, and gave me advise on preventive measures. Outstanding professional. This was my first visit. It certainly won’t be my last one. Ten out of ten.

This is the best eye care you can get in Miami - the meducal expertuse is on the kevek! The staff is very supportive and highly professional - both Shanyce & Krisia. You get response to any question you ask, and the service is fast and reliable. Highly recommend!

Be prepared to lose your entire afternoon. I drove over an hour to make this appointment. I had a 12:45 appointment and walked out after 45 minutes of sitting in the waiting room. While I was there, multiple patients told me they had already been waiting 1–2 hours past their scheduled times, and the staff openly admitted that this is normal for this office. And that two hours is the standard to be seen. This isn’t a delay — it’s systemic overbooking and complete disregard for patients’ time. Everyone in the room said it happens every visit. I won’t be using this ophthalmologist and we’ll find someone who respects my time more. If you value your schedule, avoid this practice. You’ll waste half your day just to be seen.

I am very pleased with the medical department, very professional. But you have to watch out for their billing department, they have no idea what they’re doing. They tried to bill me twice for one procedure I did about year and a half later when I came to do my check up. They tried to charge me for something that was already paid for. I made a complaint and they said they will see the billing department. A week later I came back to do another procedure, and they refused me service unless I paid the remaining amount for my last one when I know it was already paid for. I was told it was their new management so they clearly don’t know what is going on if they can’t communicate to each other properly

Excellent visit for the eye care! Very friendly and accomodating assistance received from both Shanyce and Krisia. Definitely an office that works for you when care is needed.
