Jose was great he took care of my son glasses. I came in yesterday 10/9/25 to check status. It was little delay but he mentioned he will make sure it will be done😎.Today 10/10/25 I came in picked up his glasses ready and he was able to provide service for my own too.I recommend 5 star ⭐️ 🙏 thank you Alejandra

I have been coming to this place for about 10 years, and I can confidently say that Leo has been one of the best employees. He was excellent, respectful, kind, and very professional. His attention made a big difference and made me feel well cared for and comfortable. He truly represents this place in the best way.

I have been a patient for over 20 years, but ever since the original doctors retired, this place is not the same. You make a 9:30am appt and you’re lucky if you see the doctor by 11:00am. Very unprofessional and immediately assume everyone speaks Spanish. Very disappointing.

If your office hours are 8-5 and I am there at 4:50, I should not be told once you answer the phone from inside that if the door is locked I have to come back tomorrow. Change your office hours. Now I have to come back tomorrow just to pick up glasses. There’s 5 people outside that they won’t let in. Two stars because my initial experience was great but this is ridiculous and a waste of my time.
